Refunds and Cancellations

Custom Items/Monograms are non-refundable. We can not allow the cancellation of an item, as all items are made to order. 

Non-Customized Item(s) and Stock Items can be canceled if requested within 24 hours from time of purchase.  After 24 hours, your purchase can not be canceled or refunded. 

Promotional and sale items cannot be canceled and are non-refundable. 

Once an item has shipped, no refunds can be issued.  Exceptions may apply if a mistake is made in production from Woodpost Metalworks.  Mistakes made by the customer when ordering are not exempt from this policy.
